A feeling of distress
A desperate belief and hope
A constant pain inside my heart
A fight fought between the lines of life and death
A monster that separated the borders of flight
A final and only chance to meet gone
A screen used to say my goodbyes
A constant ache and agony
A hole in my heart
A story told through endings
A way of remembrance

This is dedicated to my grandfather, 12/16/2020

To be alive without a story

To create a storyline

To excuse what's real with the story of your own creation

To be entwined by your own writings

Is it truly fate, if its a word of your own creation?

An attempt to peer into the universe?

Or an attempt to excuse your actions?

The ending of the end

A string that ties up loose ends

The final curtain closed on their lives

A goodbye with no new beginning

(This poem might be a bit confusing but it mainly talks about how the epilogue shows the casual story of the character afterwards, while at the same time closing them off for a final goodbye.)
